What is a Sleep Coach?

A Sleep Coach is an individual or a healthcare practitioner that understands: Sleep, Recovery, and Circadian biology through the lens of behavior coaching. The sleep coach is a valuable healthcare team member that guides you through behavior and lifestyle changes that improve your sleep and your ability to recover. The Sleep Coach will provide the tools to manage your sleep and overcome habits that work against your sleep goals. Sleep coaches are similar to personal trainers who guide clients to improve their fitness levels. The difference is that sleep coaches guide people to improve their sleep and develop healthier sleep patterns.

Who needs a sleep coach?

Sleep coaching is very common for newborns, babies, toddlers, and teenagers. But it's not only babies that are having a hard time getting a good night's sleep.
